Vitals Check is a daily timed assessment game built around the exact judgment call nurses make dozens of times every shift. Each puzzle is a real clinical scenario — heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, SpO2, temperature, and a one-line patient note. The scenarios start straightforward and get nuanced fast. Compensated shock, early sepsis, and borderline hypertension all look different at a glance.
