Patient deteriorating. Choose the next intervention.

A patient's condition changes. Their blood pressure drops. Their heart rate climbs. Their SpO2 falls despite supplemental oxygen. At each step in the deterioration, you choose the next intervention from a set of options. Wrong choices cost critical time. Code Blue is a daily ACLS refresher disguised as a nursing emergency simulation. Each case is a different presentation — respiratory failure, cardiogenic shock, arrhythmia, septic shock. The game rewards nurses who think in algorithms and penalizes those who skip steps. One case per day, completable in under five minutes, with a score that reflects both accuracy and speed.
